Hello Everyone,
So the first game of the season is this Saturday. We will be starting the season out at Shiocton, however expect to get wet. We recommend that you bring a change of clothes or at least a dry pair of shoes, as you will be getting wet. The forecast shows rain on Friday, but a warm and sunny Saturday, so we are hoping for good conditions.
We will be meeting at Scheels on Saturday morning before 9:30am; the group will leave at 9:30, and we will be starting at about 10am. We will try to fit in as much play as we can, because we know everyone wants to play. For those that need directions to Scheels. Also, for those that drive out by themselves, there is construction on Hwy 76. A straightforward route to the field would be to take Northland / Hwy 15 West from Appleton into Hortonville, turning North on Hwy M / Oak St, turning East on Hwy 54, and turning onto the dead end road opposite Boelter Rd. on 54.
SOT also has some new things for the coming paintball season. As stated in a previous update, we will be collecting food goods for Freedom Fellowship's Food Pantry in Appleton at every game; it would be really cool if people could contribute to it, because it does help our community. We also have the ability to fill compressed air tanks now. We will be filling tanks to 3000psi, and all-day-air will be $5.00; we will also have a punch card system, where after 5 days of fills, the 6th day is free. We will also have a few new compressed air tanks for sale.
The Gear sale table will be returning this year, so if you want to sell any gear, feel free to bring it along. We will also have food and drink available, just like last year. If you have any questions, please ask.
